Does not contaminate product
SS304 and SS316 are non-reactive with food, beverages, and dairy products. The chromium oxide passive layer is stable and self-healing — even after cleaning with caustic soda and acid-based CIP chemicals.
Withstands daily CIP cleaning
Food plants use aggressive CIP chemicals — caustic soda, phosphoric acid, peracetic acid. SS316 with molybdenum handles chloride-containing cleaning agents without pitting. SS304 handles standard chemical cleaning well.
Smooth surface for hygienic design
Our HRAP and bright finish bars provide smooth surfaces that are easy to inspect, clean, and validate — meeting the hygiene engineering requirements of food equipment standards like EHEDG and 3-A.
