Process
Scrap goes in at one gate. Certified bar leaves from the other.
Melt
Scrap is sorted by grade at the gate and charged into an 8 MT induction furnace with a calculated charge mix.
Spectrometer check before every tap
Cast
Each heat is cast on a 4/7 m radius continuous caster into billets, numbered so the heat can be traced to the bar.
Billets 75 – 140 mm square
Roll
Billets are reheated and rolled on our 16-inch and 10-inch mills into rounds, hexagons, squares, flats, angles and channels.

Finish
Solution annealing, shot blasting and pickling, then cold drawing, peeling and polishing for bright bars.

Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
Manufacturer. Navkardeep Steel runs an integrated plant at Vijapur, Mehsana, Gujarat — induction melting, continuous casting, 16-inch and 10-inch rolling mills, annealing, pickling and a bright bar unit — so every product is made from our own heats.
Which stainless steel grades do you manufacture?
SS202, SS304, SS316, SS316L and SS430 across our product range. Chemistry for every heat is verified by our in-house optical emission spectrometer before casting.
Do you provide a Material Test Certificate (MTC)?
Yes. A heat-wise Material Test Certificate is issued with every consignment, showing chemical composition from our spectrometer along with the applicable product details.
Which standards do your products conform to?
Our long products are manufactured to ASTM A276, ASTM A479 and IS 6911 as applicable to the product and grade ordered.
What surface finishes are available?
Hot rolled (black), hot rolled annealed & pickled (HRAP), belt polished, and bright finish — cold drawn, peeled and polished, including export-quality bright bars. Billets are supplied as cast, spot ground or fully ground.
Can you supply custom lengths?
Yes. Bars and sections are supplied in 3–6 m lengths, and flats, angles and channels up to 6 m or as per your requirement. Billets are available up to 9 m.
Do you deliver across India and export?
