Pump shafts, valve stems, impellers and seats are critical components that operate under mechanical stress, fluid pressure, and constant exposure to the fluid being handled. The bar stock they are machined from determines how long the equipment runs without failure.

Precision Bars for Critical Rotating and Sealing Components
Resists the fluid it handles
A pump handling water, chemicals, or food products must have shaft and impeller material that resists the fluid itself. SS316 handles chloride-containing water, acids, and cleaning chemicals. SS304 handles clean water and neutral fluids.
Cold-Drawn bright bar for precise machining
Pump shafts and valve stems require tight dimensional tolerances — often h9 or h11. Our bright round bars are cold-drawn to consistent diameter with smooth surfaces, allowing machinists to achieve required tolerances without excessive material removal.
Hex bar — direct input for valve bodies
Hex bars are the standard raw material for machining valve bodies, stems, and fittings on CNC lathes. Our hex bars are supplied to consistent Across Flats (AF) dimensions — the same dimension as the wrench size the valve component must match.
