Protects fabric from rust contamination
Textile processing involves moisture, dye chemicals, and bleaching agents. Carbon steel rollers and guide rods corrode quickly in this environment, staining the fabric running over them. SS304 and SS316 are completely rust-free — protecting the textile product throughout.
Resists dye chemicals and bleaching agents
Reactive dyes, vat dyes, and bleaching agents (hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite) are highly corrosive to carbon steel. SS316 with its molybdenum content handles chloride-containing bleach chemicals without pitting or staining.
Bright bar — no snags, no damage to fabric
Textile guide rods, rollers, and tensioning components must have perfectly smooth surfaces. Our cold-drawn bright bars have a smooth, consistent surface finish that fabric slides over without snagging, pulling threads, or creating defects.
